I went for a walk with Brownie.
At the gym I did my first real strength training session and swam for 35 minutes.
In the evening I went to the track with Jon whose calf unfortunately cramped up so bad halfway through the work-out that he had to stop running.
He watched me finish, we rode our bikes back home and went to Popeye’s and Dairy Queen for dinner.
