For some reason Mondays are always unexpectedly busy for me.
I got up just before Jon left the house around seven and cleaned the house.
At ten I had an appointment at the YMCA to get an orientation on the cardio machines and fill out papers with my personal information. There will be three more appointments to go over weight machines and talk about nutritional issues.
I had brought my running and swimming gear, so I used their locker room to change and ran 7 miles around Clearlake. It’s a nice .75 mile long paved trail, so I had to do several laps, but it also has some mini-hills that were fun to run up and down.
After running I swam for about 40 minutes and drove to a park to eat my pre-packed lunch.
From there I kept going to the barn, rode Brownie in the arena, cleaned up his pen and pulled out a lot of the weeds that were growing on the fence line.
When I finally got home I just watched a DVD until Jon came home. He went running while I made dinner and we ate together.
We worked in the garden for a while in the evening.
