I’m trying to go back to my newly developed house keeping routine and spent some time cleaning the kitchen and decluttering the living room. I have to get into the habit again, now that there’s nobody cleaning up after me anymore. I did the laundry, ran the dishwasher and all these little things just take so much time.
Anyway, I finally got the bike out and went for a ride. After 4 miles I had a flat tire that took some time to get fixed, too. Even though I couldn’t get enough air in the tire with my little hand pump I still managed to do a total of 17 miles, riding along beautiful Rockledge Drive on the Indian River.
My task for the day was to prevent post-marathon blues by setting new goals and looking into exercise program for the time after the race. We’re going to do some triathlons, so I added many swim and bike workouts to my routine. I even found a strength training program that I intend to do after Boston.
When Jon came home we ran 4 miles together, had dinner, and I kept working on the schedule until it was time to go to bed.

See more progress on: take one photograph each day as a way to document my life.
