A good happy day.
Got up at 6, had my pre-workout PowerBar and coffee, did a load of laundry.
Helped Jon complete immigration form.
Rode my bike to the track, ran 3×2000, rode the rock back.
Had breakfast.
Drove to the beach, dropped of my parents, went shopping in the commissary, stuck my feet in the water real quick.
Lunch at home.
Phone calls to client who canceled the appointment today and Carole.
Surfed the internet for a while.
Drove to the barn with my parents at three, showed them the place where the horse show will be tomorrow, looked at travel trailer, found out that our truck can only pull a pop up trailer, everything else would be too heavy.
Rode Brownie in the arena while my parents cleaned his pen and watched me.
Phone call to Stephanie to see what’s going on with the show tomorrow.
Cleaned boots and took out jeans and shirt that I’ll be wearing.
Dinner in the Florida room.
Sitting on the swing bench in the Florida room with the computer right now writing about my day.
It was all good.
