The alarm went off at 6:30 today because there was a little race in Wickham Park in the morning.
It was a beautiful day, maybe just a little too hot, but it’s always fun to run in different places.
Jon got 3rd overall and I got 1st female, so we were pretty happy with our results.
After the race we chatted a bit with other runners and I did the remaining 2.5 miles that my plan dictates for today.
Back at home we rested pretty much all day, sitting in the garden and reading.
Later in the afternoon my parents and I went to the barn, I rode Brownie, who was a very good horse again today in the arena and they cleaned his pen.
On the way back home we stopped at Wal-Mart to get groceries and new shoes.
I had sushi for dinner and put on my pajama pants right after that to get more rest before the last very long run tomorrow.

See more progress on: take one photograph each day as a way to document my life.
